At Elevate we specialise in custom helical and spiral staircases. we offer a service which covers everything from site measure, design and to completion and all levels of support in between, all our clients receive CAD/3D drawings to help them visualise their staircase through the process.

Elevate is one of few companies in South East QLD that provides highly complicated steel stair case structures, and so far has not found a challenge it cannot overcome.

Our creations are custom crafted to align seamlessly with you interior aesthetics. . With a wealth of experience collaborating intimately with architects, contractors, andinterior stylists, our team excels at transforming your visions into reality.

How it works

Consulation

Our team is here to answer any questions you may have and we are excited to guide you through the process.

We will show you how to measure your space, discuss the materials we use, and explain our modular design and timelines so that you feel confident in your decisions and in our team.

After we have all the necessary information, we will give you a quote.

Design

Once you have approved our quote Elevate will verify the measurements either by visiting your location or by working with you, your builder, or tradesperson.

Once the measurements are confirmed, you will receive a detailed shop drawing for your approval.

Our Sales team will contact you to confirm your design preferences and explain the manufacturing procedures.

Fabrication does not start until the client has approved the drawings.

Manufacture

After the drawings are approved your order will go into the queue for fabrication.

You will be provided with regular updates along the way.

Q/A

Once fabrication is complete our quality control assure will do the Q/A check on your order, once the QA has signed off on quality control then your order is ready for paint and delivery.
